    A Little Bit About Me

    For as long as I can remember, I’ve been energy-sensitive, intuitively tending to others’ energetic wounds even before I fully understood my gift. My journey began in what I call “dark rooms,” navigating traumas and challenges that shaped me and forced me to rebuild time and again. Through these experiences, I gained the tools and strength to guide others out of their own darkness.


    Recognizing my calling as a healer, I embraced energy work to help others raise their vibrations and find clarity. Receiving my Holy Fire Reiki attunement felt like reconnecting with an old friend—it affirmed my path and became the catalyst for profound personal and spiritual transformation. It also lead me to study sound/frequency healing.  This was another modality I had been searching for my entire life and once I found it I felt My entire being light up with excitement!  Integrating the sound healing with the Reiki offers such a powerful healing experience and I'm so excited to share that with the world! My mission is to help others release the weight of their pasts, reclaim their light, and move forward with renewed energy and purpose. Let’s set that heavy bag down together.

      Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

      Reiki can help with relaxation, stress reduction, pain relief, improved sleep, and a general sense of well-being. It can also help with emotional healing, spiritual growth, and personal development.

      No, Reiki is not a religion. It is a spiritual practice that is compatible with all religions or no religion at all.

      Every session is catered to your needs but when it starts you will be held in warm, inviting, comforting energy. The Holy Fire will bring to the surface any stagnant energy, blocks, or foreign energy that is not serving you.  I then do my best to remove this energy so yours can flow freely.  This may bring up some spicy feelings or thoughts but know that it’s ok to let them go. You are safe. After the blocks are removed, sweet, healing, loving energy will flow through you.  Mending the wounds, filling you with pure love and light. The one thing I hear the most from my clients at the end of the session is that they feel “lighter”.  

      Sound healing, put simply, is the application of sound waves at different frequencies, applied to 

      or around a person’s body, for attuning, aligning, releasing, calming and overall healing. Sound 

      healing works by applying the harmonic frequencies that resonate with different parts of the 

      body, bringing them back into balance. 

      The sound waves can be applied through a multitude of different instruments and tools that 

      create varying high and low frequency sound waves. When the sound waves intercept with the 

      client’s energy fields, chakras or body organs, the body has the capacity to match that tone and 

      attune itself to its original state of wellness and optimum functionality.
